Dunham Smokehouse

Directly from their barn located about a dozen minutes from BOHO Dunham, their pitmasters smoke only meat from farmers who prioritize the well-being of their livestock. A unique culinary experience that will have you coming back to enjoy and explore our beautiful region on a regular basis!

Inspired by the methods and recipes of Central Texas (CEN-TEX), they smoke their meats on well-dried maple wood for hours, using only local ingredients and accompaniments.

As take-out back to BOHO Hostels or maybe a picnic in near by, The Rumeur Affamée has over 30 types of artisanal handmade breads using bio flour and the tradition of France and deli products.


They also offer a delicious selection of pies, pastries, and coffee from France and Quebec. Before leaving Dunham, you may want to fill your pantries with their yummy jams and a variety of local products, Got a craving for ice cream? Stop in for some Bilboquet ice cream.
