Live from their barn or from the Beergarden in the Espace Dunham behind the BOHO Dunham, their pitmasters will offer you meat from local breeders who have the well-being of their livestock at heart. A unique culinary experience that will have you coming back to taste and visit our beautiful region on a regular basis!

Inspired by Central Texas (CEN-TEX) methods and recipes, they smoke their meats over dry maple wood for long hours with only local ingredients and accompaniments.

As take-out back to BOHO Hostels or maybe a picnic in near by, The Rumeur Affamée has over 30 types of artisanal handmade breads using bio flour and the tradition of France and deli products.
